Bad Mood. Good Mood


What if, you just woke up one morning that you are totally in bad mood. Might be because of nightmares of bad dreams you had the night you slept. How do you handle when you're facing that kind of scenario. Do people around you are affected by your mood swings? Or you just handle that smoothly by easily turning your bad mood into good one.

For me I find that a little harder to set my emotions and moods at its best all the time.

Sometimes I am an outgoing person, joker and jolly but sometimes I don't wanna talk and just want to be with myself. It depends on my moods at that every moment. And I easily get irritated if people keep asking me repetitive questions if I am not in good mood. But if I'm in a good mood I tend to be very patient in explaining and sharing my views. And could also say that I am very detailed when I answer most questions. So if I feel that I am not in good I tend to stay at a distance from other people. How about your how do handle moods swings? Are you good in handling your mood changes smoothly? How?
